Last night FOX 40 News told you about "Operation Brilliant Orange", the massive drug bust that brought down football coach David Coates and 16 others in Hinds, Rankin, Madison, Forrest, and Lafayette counties. FOX 40 News is learning tonight that the man who authorities say organized the drug deals on an international level is also one of the people indicted on charges. Mark Frank Davis was based in California and flying to Amsterdam making arrangements to have Europeans deliver drugs to Mississippi. When he was arrested, he had $100,000 in cash on him. Madison-Rankin district attorney Michael Guest believes the indictment of Davis is key to breaking this international drug ring.
